An intervention order is issued against persons who either are subject to the abuse or are at the risk of being exposed to the abuse caused by the defendant. The police had issued the intervention order against the defendant to safeguard Tracey and her kids, who are the victim in this case. Since it is one of the conditions of his intervention order, Mr. Brown is required to participate in such program. Role of Human Service Worker In regards to the case, Tracey who has been subjected to domestic violence may require appropriate counseling and support from her family as well as from the society. The social workers can play a significant role under such circumstances. The social workers provide services to victims, such services are advocacy, and empowerment oriented services (Gray et al. 2014). Tracey being the victim of domestic violence may be provided with therapy. Some social workers even provide training and other necessary assistance to such victims such as maximizing her support networks, enhancing her communication skills, etc (Ellsberg et al. 2017). The social justice issues with respect to this case was Tracey was not aware of her rights and neither had she made complaints against her husband before the police. She was too scared of her husband for which she could not leave him. She endured all the abusive behavior that Jeff committed against her. As per the AASW Code of ethics, social justice should be upheld by societies and the societies should strive to safeguard and provide maximum benefit for all the members of the society (Salter 2014). In this case, Mrs. Smith, the neighbor who was aware of Jeffs nature did not given much attention before the night when she heard loud voices and screams. It was only then that she called the police to check on Tracey and her kids. If she had an idea of the rights and the intervention order, she could have assisted Tracey to exercise her rights. Now, that she is a victim of domestic violence, it is the responsibility of the society to cooperate with her, support her and respect her as a person and encourage her to lead a normal life. The social workers shall encourage her by working on the ethical dilemmas and make decisions that comply with the ethics outlined in the AASW Code (Brown and James 2014). Conclusion The issue arising in the case study is that of domestic violence. Tracey was a victim of domestic violence committed by her husband Jeff Brown. He slapped her and twisted her arms so hard that she required medical treatment and these conducts were exhibited in front of the children who also became subject to the risk of exposure to such abusive behavior. The South Australian Police issued an intervention order against Jeff that prevented him from contacting Tracey and her kids and was prohibited from going near 50 m to the house. Natural observation is the initial phase of many systems of investigation in psychology as well as in other sciences. Such observations give a fundamental implication of the main variables and analytical connections between them which can be examined later in a more thorough manner. Through my experience with naturalistic observation, I tested the relevance of the scientific method. I repeated the explorations of Kalfus by observing the Adelphi University parking lot to determine how many entering cars had drivers wearing their seat belts. The purpose of fulfilling this task was to determine if there is a difference in the number of drivers of one gender utilizing the seat belt from the other as well as determining if there is a difference in Caucasian drivers using the seat belt from African American drivers. I hypothesize that approximately 90% of women drivers will be wearing a seat belt while only 70 % of males will be wearing one. I also hypothesize that 80% of these participants who are wearing a seat belt will be Caucasian and 75% of them will be African American. To gather my data, I began by preparing a chart. This chart included seven columns that described twenty five cars, a yes and a no column, a female and male column and an African American and a Caucasian participants column. I continued my research by situating myself in front of the University Center at approximately noon on April 28th. . I positioned myself on a bench to the right because that is where cars enter the parking lot. I sat there with my sunglasses on as if I was waiting for someone or just catching some sun. As cars came through the entrance, I would glance over in that direction, with sunglasses on so that it doesnt appear that I looking straight into the car. I recorded in my chart each time a new car entered. When I had observed twenty five drivers, my chart showed that out of these twenty five drivers, twelve were women and thirteen were men. . The observations showed there were distinctions between the number of men wearing seat belts and women wearing them as well as a difference observed how many Caucasian drivers wore seat belts and how many African American drivers did. My results conclude that 91. 6% of women wear their seat belts while only 42.6% of males use it. I was also able to conclude that 69.2% of the black participants wore their seat belt and 50% of the white participants wore theirs. According to my recorded information, the total of drivers coming into the Adelphi campus parking lot wearing their seat belts was 68%. As the number of deaths increased as a result of failure to apply seat belts, laws were enforced to minimize this problem. In 1987, Kalfus inspected just how affective these regulations were. His records show that within a year, the typical obedience level increased from 74.2% to 92.8% due to the new seat belt laws that had been distributed. Those who were least prone to act in accordance with these regulations were males ranging from the ages of eighteen to twenty five; nevertheless, they included a great fraction of the total source of participants. As more minds work together, more conflicts inevitably arise.   If this cannot be handled properly, this will result to animosity within the rank.   Jealousy from among group members may crop up.   It is therefore imperative for the group to have a decisive and yet magnanimous leader to carry it through good and bad times.Amid this fact, the main problem that shall be answered is basic: How does an effective leadership lessen conflicts and motivate others, specifically subordinates, to be more productive and efficient?If we review the literature on leadership, we will find out that it is very extensive. In effect, these leaders often end up propagating problems that they themselves create through their carelessness and negligence to the needs of other group members. For this reason, instead of achieving a consensus, some leaders only serve their own interests. The better way to achieve harmony would be for them to pursue how resolutions are made and guarantee that they are attained by actual discussion (Schwartz).It is therefore important to remember that consensus decision represents a reasonable decision that all members of the group can accept although it may not necessarily be the optimal decision for each member (Colwell, 2001). President John â€Å"Jack† Fitzgerald Kennedy was born May 29, 1917 in Brookline, Massachusetts to Rose Kennedy and Joseph P. Kennedy. John F. Kennedy, also known as JFK, had three brothers and five sisters. Young John, â€Å"Jack† as he was known by, attended a boarding school for boys in Connecticut. Here he was active in football, golf, tennis, and basketball. Once Jack graduated Choate in 1936, he entered Harvard. It was while he was studying at Harvard that he injured his back while playing football, he never fully recovered and his back bothered him the rest of his life. Jack was a very handsome and intelligent young man although he was a little less determined than his older brother Joe. However, due to his father’s occupation and involvement with politics, Jack was very intent on furthering his education in history and government. After graduating from Harvard, Jack joined the United States Navy along with his brother Joe. Jack was promoted to a Lieutenant and later sent to the South Pacific as commander, his brother was a flyer. As the war came to an end, Jack needed to decide what career path he should take. He considered becoming a writer or even a teacher. But when his brother Joe was tragically killed in the war he began to have a change of heart.
